Since 1992, Thai Orchid Restaurant has served fresh, flavorful, and healthy Thai food in the Portland, Salem and Vancouver area. Former owner and Executive Chef Prapapen Saenguraiporn created a menu to offer the finest authentic Thai dishes outside of Bangkok.
Thai Orchid offers over 50 dishes, many with a choice of meat or a vegetarian option and various styles to meet the northwest palate while maintaining authenticity. In 2010, Prakit Hanidhikul, friend of founder of Thai Orchid Restaurant and his son, took over the Salem location. Today, his son and his daughter are now the owner of the Salem location. We bring our restaurant experience in cooking, serving customers and managing staff in Thailand to manage Thai Orchid Salem. |

Thai Orchid Salem strives to bring you the best possible food and service. We prepare our food fresh each day in our own kitchen using the highest quality ingredients available (we never use any hydrogenated oil or add MSG) and served in a warm and casually comfortable setting. We offer a variety of substitution options and will always do our best to accommodate special requests to ensure we prepare your meal just the way you like it.
